. I was given the opportunity to try Earth Balance Spread from Influenster free of charge. At first I was skeptical about using it. I have never tried a plant based butter spread before that was totally vegan, lactose and gluten free. But after trying it on toast and liking the flavor I tried it out on more things.

I'm a big time baker and I had my kids birthday party coming up so i decided to try it in a cake. I made a vanilla butter cake from scratch. The results were awesome. The cake came out moist.. buttery and delicious.
I will defiantly be using this buttery spread from now on... the possibilities are endless...
